Following our session together, we will meet again virtually for your gallery
reveal ordering appointment. My job is not complete until you have something
to show for your experience. Whether you choose a custom gallery wall to

EXPERIENCE
HOW IT WORKS
As your Northern Virginia Baby Photographer my careful attention to detail from booking to the delivery
of your gallery makes your portrait session a relaxed, enjoyable experience. As a mom to a young baby,
you have enough to worry about. My goal is to make sure that all of your questions are answered and
all of the details are ironed out well before your baby arrives, so you can look forward to your
session with excited anticipation.
Once you book your session, we will schedule your virtual planning call. We will hop on zoom to discuss
your vision for your session. We will decide things like when and where the session will take place
and address any questions or concerns you may have. Then comes the fun part... we will style your
session using my studio wardrobe for mom and baby and a style board for the rest of your family.
All the work is done for you, you will have the session of your dreams and all that's left for you to
do is get glammed up and enjoy the session with your baby!
During your session I will use a series of gentle guided poses and relaxed direction. This will allow
for natural connection and interaction. We follow your baby's lead and make sure all of their needs
are met and they are kept happy throughout the session. All immediate family members are
encouraged to participate in the session to capture your family's memories!
Sessions are reserved with a $395 non-refundable creative fee. The creative fee covers
the session time, the virtual planning appointment and access to my studio wardrobe.
Digital files and artwork are sold separately at your gallery reveal ordering appointment!

What is a sitter session and when should I book it for?
A Sitter Session is a milestone session when your baby is sitting up on their own. Ideally, you would schedule a sitter session for when your baby can easily and happily sit up unassisted without toppling over. This milestone is usually reached between 6-9 months old.
When should I book my baby’s One year milestone session?
If you would like to have your photos back by your baby’s first birthday I suggest booking the session at least 3 weeks prior to their birthday. I finish editing your gallery within 2 weeks, but you want a little wiggle room to fit in your gallery reveal and ordering appointment.
What should my baby wear for their milestone session?
My client closet includes options for baby as well as mom! During our virtual planning call I will show you the options and you can pick out up to 2 outfits for baby to wear during their session.
Do you provide the cake for the cake smash?
Yes! I offer a minimal cake smash as an add on to a first year milestone session as well as a petite milestone session which includes a cake smash. I provide a simple vanilla cake that smashes well!

Happy New Year ✨ Welcoming 2026 and celebrating one month with our sweet Hayes 🤍
Personally 2025 was a crazy year for our family. It simultaneously held loss, change and great joy. We had to say goodbye to my mother-in-law and our family dog 💔 We also moved into our forever home, and ended the year welcoming the most special gift, our third baby 🥰
